How to feel calm and find trust in a time of crisis?

Lock-down has been going for a few weeks and the world seems to calm down somewhat. However, there is still quite a bit of uncertainty and fear in the air. How can you feel calm and find trust while our future seems so uncertain? How can you look into the future in a bright and positive way?

Because we cannot oversee the totality of life yet, it can be helpful to look at things from many different angles. In this video I help you do this, as well as taking you on a journey within yourself to find a calm place and to connect with your inner trust. Trust is incredibly important, because every positive change starts with trust!

When more people find a calm state inside, the easier it becomes for all of us to start trusting again! This way we help not only ourselves, we also help the people around us, nature and the planet!
